Can I Purchase Less Than a Pallet? Yes. Not all of our products require entire pallet purchases, but because we are wholesalers, there are quantity requirements with smaller purchases. Any and all quantity requirements are listed under product descriptions, and can be verified by emailing us at Info@DNCWholesale.com. We carry a wide range of liquidation products and supply individuals and businesses with products at a fraction of their original value. We work with overstock clothing and personal accessories lots, obtained in large quantities from existing major department stores in the United States. Therefore we can provide our customers these authentic products and the opportunity to attain a considerable profit margin. We believe that no customer is too big or too small. You can purchase just 1 case, pallet or lot of your choice, or as many as you need. Whether you spend $200 or $200,000 with us, we strive to provide the best service in the industry. We are open 5 days a week and emails are monitored 24/7. Your emails will be replied to in a timely manner and you will always have a human to talk to when calling during business hours. We know that selecting a new wholesale supplier can be a tricky process and we would like facilitate it as much as possible. We currently accept Bank Wire Transfers, Direct Deposits, US Currency Cash and Credit Cards. The acceptance of Credit Cards will depend on quantity, and will be charged a 4.25% Processing Fee. Once a payment has cleared, merchandise is prepared for shipment. We do not accept PayPal, International Credit Cards, (or Credit Cards for orders shipped internationally) Personal or Company Checks. Do You Ship Internationally? Yes, we work with several shipping companies who are familiar with world-wide exporting to provide this service. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For all International Shipping Questions, you will need to contact us at Info@DNCWholesale.com. Can I Return or Exchange Merchandise? As a condition for the best values on the market, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in AS-IS condition with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. DNC Wholesale Distributors will not be held liable for any discontentment with regards to sale or quality of the merchandise. As wholesalers, we understand there is a risk when purchasing closeouts, returns and overstock but our Experienced, Trained Sales Team makes it their priority to give you the most accurate details and photos for all products available before you finalize your purchase. Our team works hard to keep the website up to date with our most current availabilities, but the best way to discover any new or recent merchandise in stock is by emailing our Sales Office. Merchandise such as pallets and truckloads, changes on a daily basis. We also have a constant flow of merchandise coming in, making every day a new opportunity for amazing deals on all our merchandise! What Sizes Will Come in the Lot? All of our lots are separated proportionally in sizes, brands, and styles according to what we receive from the department stores. We can't guarantee the exact quantities of each size may come in each lot, but you can rest assured that every lot will have a pretty even distribution of all sizes. Can I Choose the Items Included in Each Lot? No. Unfortunately there isn't the possibility of choosing brands, sizes, colors and styles of the merchandise. Each merchandise lot will be different, and includes a variety of styles, sizes, colors, brands, etc... The lots come with assorted merchandise from the major department stores, to us. But, even though the lots contain a variety of products, customers can purchase these items for a fraction of the original value, therefore practically guaranteeing a profit. How Do I Place an Order? To place an order, simply let us know what lot category and what quantity you would like to order, and also your complete address in order to calculate the shipping costs and make you an invoice. We will need you to sign the invoice, send it back to us either by email or fax (253) 270.1855, and make the payment. As soon as the payment has been confirmed, the order is complete; we will then separate the quantity you ordered, and ship it to you, providing you with the tracking number.
